Born in Ushuaia, where the mountain air meets the sea, Alfajores CABOS is the result of family traditions passed down through generations. Our story traveled from the docks of Mar del Plata to the shores of Tierra del Fuego, carrying a passion for artisanal craftsmanship and honest flavors.
Each alfajor is carefully handmade using the finest local ingredients. We blend the richness of traditional Dulce de Leche with the unique tartness of Fuegian rhubarb and gooseberries, alongside fresh strawberries and raspberries. No shortcuts, just patience and the dedication to create something truly memorable.
